What are your warranty terms?
- All Swiss Barbell Products are covered by a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Swiss Performance range products are covered by a 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Swiss Barbell Flooring is covered by a 5 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Swiss Barbell rigs and rack range – lifetime warranty.
- Warranty terms do not extend to damage arising from improper use, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, normal wear and tear negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects of material or workmanship.
- Warranty terms do not extend to paintwork, upholstery, wall balls or slam balls.
- Warranty match – we will match warranties provided by other companies for similar quality equipment.

What is the difference between Black Series and SWISS Performance Series?
Our black series range is a range of robust products that meet the commercial standard for gyms. These products are largely only available in black. We have tested each product in this range and are happy to have it installed in any facility.
The Swiss Performance range is a range of products that we feel exceed the standard. These products have been designed and tested by us to ensure they are suitable for heavy duty commercial use by professional athletes.
