• Pallets can be tracked via https://www.tpnconnect.com/tracking – enter consignment details and postcode.
• Anything larger than 1.2m in length must ship on a double pallet.
• If there is no forklift at the receiving end please request a tail lift.
• Oversized or overweight items may need handballed to make tail lifts usable.
• Deliveries are kerb side only. Drivers are under no obligation to get the pallet into your property.
• If pallets are visually damaged – photograph and sign for them as damaged.

• Swiss Barbell Flooring is covered by a 5 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Swiss Barbell rigs and rack range – lifetime warranty.
• Warranty terms do not extend to damage arising from improper use, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, normal wear and tear negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects of material or workmanship.
• Warranty terms do not extend to paintwork, upholstery, wall balls or slam balls.
• Warranty match – we will match warranties provided by other companies for similar quality equipment.

The Swiss Performance range is a range of products that we feel exceed the standard. These products have been designed and tested by us to ensure they are suitable for heavy duty commercial use by professional athletes.
