Delivery & Returns

All Pallet deliveries are handled by AMnexday via The Pallet Network.

Pallets can be tracked via https://www.tpnconnect.com/tracking – enter consignment details and postcode.

Anything larger than 1.2m in length must ship on a double pallet.

If there is no forklift at the receiving end please request a tail lift.

Oversized or overweight items may need handballed to make tail lifts usable.

Deliveries are kerb side only. Drivers are under no obligation to get the pallet into your property.

If pallets are visually damaged – photograph and sign for them as damaged.
